I raided the concession kitchen looking for a late supper, only to find a stack of glazed fruit tarts resting on a spring-loaded wire cooling tray. Naturally, that called for a dual durability test. I snatched three tarts in one gloved fist, shoved them down in two bites, and dropped my elbow straight onto the spring rack to see how tough it really was.
