Since I had full free-roam unlocked, I clambered up a wooden footstool and scaled the coffee table to look for quest items. It was raining hard outside the window, setting the mood for a cozy tutorial stage. Right in the middle sat an oversized ceramic mug with half an inch of cold green tea and a discarded silver pen. I pushed the pen with my boot—it rolled with a satisfying clatter, knocking straight into a stack of sticky notes. Score! I scribbled a lightning bolt on the top sheet using the pen tip.
