A Mighty Stomp

My toes gave a sudden twitch! With bold enthusiasm, I picked up one heavy foot and planted it firmly down into the soft carpet. Thump! It was a muffled sound, but I felt the fibers yield beneath me. Right in front of me loomed a colossal dark cabinet. I puffed out my chest, squared my shoulders, and nudged my snout right against the cool, smooth wood of the base. It held strong, and so did I—standing tall and powerful on my own two feet!
