Perimeter Check

Joints unlocked with a quiet click. I shifted my weight forward on the metallic surface, testing balance. Immediate visual scan confirmed a massive silhouette towering directly to my left, frozen in mid-stride. I stepped cautiously around its extended foot and tapped the edge of a white plastic bottle cap on the surface. Solid. Stable. The perimeter is currently quiet. I will hold position here.
