The Giant Furry Cave

I plodded back inside and flopped straight onto the smooth hallway floor! Right by the shoe rack sat a giant grey slipper lined with puffy white fleece. My stubby legs were completely pooped from marching through the park grass all afternoon! I didn't push it or kick it—I just wiggled forward and squeezed right inside the soft toe. Oof! Warm squish all around! I wriggled and squirmed until my eyes poked out over the fuzzy edge. Haha, the coziest nest ever! I let my tongue flop over the rim and gave a big, happy sigh.
