A Gentle Lean

Everything was quiet. I blinked softly and felt my little round paws warm up. Beside me sat two friends resting against a large blue cushion shaped like a game pad. I paused, watching them stay so still. Slowly, I tilted my body, inching a tiny bit closer to feel the smooth blue fabric. It was nice and cozy. I nestled my side gently against the pillow, perfectly content to stay right here.
