A Slight Lean
Hmm. My heavy eyelids blinked. The air tasted cool. I tilted my stitched head and gave a lazy wiggle. My arm swung forward, brushing against the smooth, pale ledge beneath me. Right there was a tiny, fuzzy speck of dust. I nudged it with the tip of my stubby hand, watching it slide an inch. Nice. Everything felt oddly solid. I slouched right back against the white surface, tongue still dangling out, perfectly content with staying right here.
