Squeezing Back Inside
I flattened my ears tight against my neck and pushed my snout under the thick black rubber sweep beneath the glass door. It was a squishy squeeze, but pop! I wriggled right through onto the bristly brown coconut mat! I scampered forward on all four paws, shaking off the sidewalk dust. Right in the snug corner of the mat, my shiny brass key was still resting safe and sound. I gave the smooth metal a quick nose boop. Clink! The bright chime echoed across the wide marble floor. Squeak! My paws feel so cozy back inside!
