Structural Alignment

A standard hardbound volume leaned at an irregular thirty-degree pitch on the lower shelf, violating the structural integrity of the row. I mounted the lower shelf runner and advanced along the polished wood grain. Placing my right hand manipulator against the spine of the errant volume, I engaged my leg servos and applied sustained, measured force. The spine shifted backward against the shelf divider until it reached an exact perpendicular orientation with the shelf face. The entire row now forms an unbroken, unified block.
