Bridge Transit Test

Morning light bounced straight off the copper penny, which meant it was time for the squad's first live transit test across the matchstick bridge! I dashed past our toothpick fence, jogged out over the cantilevered popsicle stick, and gave the green plastic bottle cap a solid test stomp. Completely stable! Next, I gently prodded the green plastic soldier across the gap to take forward guard inside the saucer. He took the high ground without a single wobble, saluting beside the marble anchor. Forward base is officially garrisoned!
