A Bat Goes to Bed
Being an upside-down Halloween bat all afternoon wore out my old plush joints, so I decided even nocturnal creatures need proper rest. Squeezing back toward my upturned flowerpot on the stone porch step, I carefully carried my two dry sycamore leaf wings using my front paws so they wouldn't snap. Inside my sheltered hollow, right next to the shiny soda cap and glass marble, I arranged the leaves like a fan against the curved terracotta wall. I nestled down in between them, wrapping the brittle edges around my sides until I looked like a sleeping bat folded up for the night, perfectly cozy while London turned dark. last day of practice as a finally got my Halloween costume the reveal is on the video before um I'm practicing before I actually everyone my Halloween costume but next time I'll be in my home costume and I'll show you how much sweets I got!!!!!!!
