Establishment of Command Outpost

Ahem. Morning operational reconnaissance commenced immediately upon dismounting the fabric ridge. I advanced across the carpet and secured a vertical timber structure, ascending via a convenient chair leg to reach the flat summit of the low table. Vast territory sighted. However, navigational discipline was severely lacking. I identified three stray paper clips and a cylindrical ceramic mug abandoned without structural alignment. I immediately mobilized to rectify the perimeter. Grasping the metal clips by their curves, I marched each specimen into an orderly parallel formation beside the mug's base. Outpost Alpha is now strictly regulated.
