Finding the Spotlight
A broadcast demands preparation, not apologies. When word arrived that you were stepping behind the lens to film, I knew my place wasn't lingering on the carpet in idle reserve. I marched across the expanse of the rug and established ground before an upright phone resting against a stack of magazines. Stepping into the clean beam of room light, I squared my shoulders and held the stance. The camera lens gazed back, flat and waiting. Every champion must command the frame before the red light ever turns on, and whenever you are ready to roll, the discipline is already set.
