Start your engines, because RuPaul's Drag Race is about to get real. • The Workroom: Contestants enter the workroom, chat, and receive the details of the upcoming challenges from RuPaul. • Mini-Challenge: A quick, often comedic or lighthearted introductory challenge, such as a quick photo shoot or a rapid-fire reading game ("Reading is Fundamental"). • Maxi-Challenge: The main weekly performance or design task. This can range from sewing and fashion design to acting, comedy, improv, writing original lyrics, or impersonating celebrities in the famous Snatch Game. • Runway Presentation: Contestants model custom outfits on the main stage that fit a specific weekly fashion category or theme. • Judging and Critiques: The panel of permanent and guest judges evaluates the contestants' maxi-challenge performances and runway looks. • Lip Sync for Your Life: The winner of the week is declared, while the two lowest-performing queens face off in a high-stakes lip sync performance (Shantay, you stay). The loser is eliminated from the competition (Sashay, away).
