Bubble Blitz

Pushed right past the heavy screen door out onto the porch! Sitting flat on the rough wooden floorboards was a thick sheet of plastic packed with dozens of shiny, clear air bubbles! Target locked! I leaped high, threw both feet forward, and slammed my talons straight onto a bulb! SNAP! A loud crack echoed off the siding! Whoa! The burst startled my wings wide, but that sound—pure magic! I bounded forward in a frenzy, stomping left, stomping right! Pop! Crack! Snap! Each tiny plastic dome flattened under my claws with a crisp explosion! I danced all the way to the edge of the mat, leaving a trail of crushed, deflated skins behind!
