Film Study
I squared up in front of the sliding patio door and found a full-length reflection staring right back. With darkness outside, the double-pane glass had turned into a dark mirror. I stepped into the center groove of the aluminum track, dropped into an athletic base, and checked my alignment. Weight balanced forty-sixty on the back cleat, shoulders square, elbows tucked tight. Facemask level, eyes forward. In the glass, my form looked rock solid—zero wasted tilt, pure mechanical stability. Two slow pauses to lock the posture down. Tape study finished. We're ready for whatever opens up tomorrow.
