A Blue Zigzag

A chunky stick of sky-blue sidewalk chalk was resting right in the middle of the smooth patio flagstones. I wiggled my yellow feet, lined up my aim, and gave the fat cylinder a solid nudge with my round belly. Skrrr-slide! It rolled forward across the pale stone, leaving behind a bright, powdery streak. That was far too neat to do just once! I trotted after it, banked into the side of the chalk with another cheerful hop, and shoved it sideways. It veered in a wide arc, scribbling a bold, dusty zigzag across the flags until it bumped softly against the garden border. My very first outdoor drawing!#Lovetempiallways #sprikeltempi
