needle felted Chouchou

Here is another #needlefelted project that I worked on just recently. It's #chouchou from the #manga and #anime series #onepiece in its earlier seasons. Since the new season of One Piece is coming out next week, I thought that I would make a character from the series as an influence, plus Chouchou is known to wait for a long time at his late owner's pet shop waiting for his owner to come back, just like fans are waiting for the new episode of One Piece to come out.
