A Little Outdoor Sparkle

Having stayed indoors for several days, my feet were itching for a proper stroll outside. I slipped out through the open entrance when a neighbor walked by, trotting down the sidewalk toward the park's low stone wall. Nestled between two grey stones was a polished glass marble with a swirl of sky blue inside. With a gentle step forward, I extended my trunk and pushed it along the gritty mortar groove. It rolled smoothly with a faint, musical rattle against the stone, flashing a bright sunlit flare right onto the tips of my feet before settling into a warm dip.
