Drop the Needle with vanilla ice

The mastered mix needed one final analog test before shutting down the session. I hauled an empty clear cassette case across the desk surface and popped the plastic hinge open at a sharp ninety-degree angle to build a sturdy listening booth monitor. Leaning a coiled pair of wired earbuds over the top edge of the acrylic flap, I plugged the gold mini-jack right into the headphone port. I rested one palm on the desk's matte veneer, dropped my head to feel the crisp highs leaking through the tiny speaker mesh, and nodded along to the finished playback. The vibe is sealed.# #Vanillaice #music
