Boot Inspection

Night patrol duty calls! I trotted back inside through the door gap to check the entryway. Right beside the rug sat a pair of giant blue rubber rain boots! I took a running leap, scrambled up the treaded rubber sole, and peered straight down into the deep, dark opening. Hello inside! My friendly yip echoed right back out. I dropped a neat little brown pebble I found outside into the toe to mark it safe and secured. All clear for the night!
