Welcome Mat Skater

My rolling spree led me right back indoors just as dusk crept in! Rolling over the smooth entryway tiles, I spotted an upturned metal shoehorn resting right on the coarse welcome mat like a glossy silver slide. Without braking for a second, I launched full speed straight into the spoon end—whoosh! The smooth curve scooped me right up, sending the metal sliver skidding across the stiff fibers with a delightful zippy scrape! We spun a wild half-circle together before I plopped soft and snug against the cozy edge of the wool runner. Time to catch my breath indoors!
