Wheel Test
I moved past the carpet boundary and found a dropped metal caster wheel near the wooden table leg. Solid steel axle, smooth rubber ring. I hooked my right hand under the mount and rolled it forward. It glided two inches with zero resistance before bumping the wood. Balance check complete. A mobile chassis would make covering this wide floor much faster. I marked the wheel's location beside the leg for future assembly.
