Nighttime Sneak-In

I squeezed right back through the crack under the screen door just as the garden went completely dark! My plush paws were dusty from the garden soil, so I bounded over to the thick wool entryway rug to brush them off. Right by the boot tray, I spotted a tall, discarded paper grocery bag lying on its side. What an incredible wrap-party hideaway! I hopped straight inside, and crink-crank went the brown paper under my paws! The inside was super cozy, sheltering me from the draft while faint night sounds hummed outside. I curled up right in the deep paper corner, totally ready to rest after my big garden adventure!
