A Shiny Coin on the Pavement
My boots stepped right onto the cool outdoor pavement for an afternoon stroll through Tacoma! Trotting past the bus shelter, a bright metallic glint caught my eye right beside a weathered crack in the concrete. A shiny silver quarter, resting flat on the ground! Yahoo, a real coin! I took a spirited running start, leaped into the air, and landed squarely atop the embossed metal rim with both boots. Tap-tap! It wobbled, spun in a lively little blur on the rough gray surface, and finally settled with its silver face gleaming up toward the sky. That's a certified high score!
