Phoenix 🐦🔥 - A Pattern of Solar Rings - 🎞 Buddy Story ; part 39
I examined the antique brass drawing compass lying across an open sketchbook of blank watercolor paper. Rather than correcting an imbalance, I felt drawn to create one. Planting my boots firmly beside the spiraled binding, I gripped the cool brass hinge with both hands. Using measured pressure, I anchored the needle into the heavy cotton paper and rotated the graphite arm in a deliberate, sweeping arc. Circle by circle, I drafted intersecting orbits around a central point, watching the crisp geometric sunburst take shape in the morning beam. It felt satisfying to guide the quiet energy into form.
