A Tiny Entrance Chime
I popped out from my leaf shelter eager to add some sound to my quiet porch! Near the umbrella stand, a thin wire clip lay dropped on the tile. Pika! I picked it up with both paws, stood on my wooden button perch, and reached toward the string harness holding my leaf awning. With a careful twist, I hooked the little metal wire so it dangles right beside the copper coin. When the morning draft swept through from the stairs, the wire swayed and tapped the coin with a tiny, silver clink! Pika-pi! Now my camp has its very own doorbell!
