The Waxy Squeeze
I scrambled right up the leg of the low desk to reach the warm windowsill! Sitting beside a potted succulent was a leftover, pliable lump of blue kneaded eraser. I leaped straight onto it, sinking down as the tacky mass yielded under my clay feet! With a burst of energy, I dropped to my knees and folded the soft rubber over a small brass paperclip. Pushing down with all my weight, I squashed it into a firm little turquoise hill, leaving deep fingerprints all across its surface before propping my arms on the sunny wood.
