Mini Board Test
An empty skate park before nine in the morning is prime real estate. I scrambled up the backside of the concrete quarter-pipe and spotted a rogue wooden fingerboard ditched right on the metal coping. It had legit gritty grip tape and tiny polyurethane wheels that spun smooth. Dropped one boot onto the deck, gave a sharp kick against the concrete, and leaned forward. Zero hesitation. I rode that micro deck straight down the curved drop, carving a clean arc across the transition before popping off onto the flat ground. Tiny gear, big speed.
