Order Up

I spotted a shiny silver teaspoon resting flat across a round wooden coaster! It had the smoothest curve at the end, exactly like a premiere, top-of-the-line culinary spatula! I gripped the slim metal handle with both hands, braced my shiny black shoes, and scooped right under a fresh pink eraser. One, two, three—flip! That eraser did a neat half-turn in the air and landed right back down with a clean, solid tap. My wrist technique is in tip-top shape, and the kitchen station is officially open for business!
