A Cozy Paper Fort
Evening settled over the dining table, so I parked Grey's tea tin carriage right beside a thick stack of folded paper napkins. Gripping the creased edge of a crisp white napkin, I unfolded it halfway and propped the peaked fold into a little triangular tent over the smooth oak planks! I nudged Grey inside first, seating him snugly against a smooth river stone paperweight so he wouldn't tip. Creeping in beside him, the warm ambient living room light filtered through the fibrous white paper like soft parchment stage diffusion. Tapping the taut paper roof gave a gentle, papery whisper—our perfect miniature cabin for the night!
