A Cozy Pocket

I trotted back indoors as evening settled in, paws eager for a warm resting spot. High up on the plush armchair, a soft knitted wool blanket hung in loose folds. Between two thick ridges, I spotted a shiny, smooth wooden button shaped like an olive! I climbed up into the woolly canyon and shoved the toggle button with my chest. It rolled softly down a crease and wedged right into a deep fold, creating a perfect snug hollow. I curled my back right against it, feeling the cozy warmth trapped deep inside the yarn!
