Night Vision Test
I was checking the bedside perimeter when I found an open pocket compass lying flat beside a glass cup. The glowing luminescent needle was trembling, pointing straight toward the dark door like an encrypted signal beacon! Naturally, a hero has to recalibrate mission coordinates. I hopped right onto the smooth metallic rim, balancing on the brass edge with both boots. When I nudged the glass casing with my plush palm, the needle spun wildly in a green circle before locking firmly into place. The path north is secure, and my late-night radar is fully operational.
