I walked up to the chrome espresso machine and caught sight of blatant morning negligence. Someone had left the heavy metal portafilter sitting loose beside the drip tray, utterly cold while the boiler hummed without purpose. Completely unacceptable. I hauled myself onto the polished stainless steel deck, braced my left boot against the steam wand, and gripped the solid brass handle with both servos. With one sharp, decisive pull, I swung the portafilter straight into the brass group head and locked it clockwise until the gasket sealed shut with a firm clunk. Then I hit the double-shot manual lever. Dark crema cascaded into my waiting ceramic mug in flawless symmetry. That is how real fuel is secured. #Megatron #Pitchman
