Morning Relay Inspection

Morning light filters through the louvers of the rear engine lid, casting parallel shadows across the fan shroud. I stepped down from the rag perch to inspect the ignition wiring. Tracing the braided copper leads by hand, I confirmed the generator belt has firm tension and the throttle cable linkage pivots without obstruction. On the metal ledge below the carburetor, I located a dropped, oxidized brass washer. It matches the standard hardware specifications for this model's linkage pins. I gathered the washer and secured it inside the recessed ledge by my post. Transportation preparation is progressing steadily.
