Baby Kate’s First Sand Castle

This toy that my sister used to own is from a PBS Kids show called, “Arthur”. Her name is Baby Kate, and the reason she’s speaking in this video is because in the show, she and Pal (Arthur’s dog) share a universal language that older children and adults cannot understand. #Arthur #Pbskids #Beachday #PlushToys
