A Measure of Composure
The hum of neon above signaled my presence. I drew in the quiet air, feeling deliberate strength in my limbs. Before me stretched pristine tiles, flanked by calm, reflective water. To my right sat a silent, orange plush octopus. I straightened my posture, extended a measured paw, and lightly tapped its rounded tentacle. Soft, still, and entirely unmoving. This serene hall is mine to survey, and I intend to carry myself accordingly.
