A Recipe for Morning
I found a blank index card resting beside your note on the wooden block. To gather ingredients for a capybara cake, a proper chef must first make a neat list. I nudged a dropped cocoa bean from the spice shelf across the wood and paired it with a pale sliver of shaved almond. Tipping my head, I used both forepaws to align the brown bean at the top for the face, and tucked the almond beneath it to measure the shape. Murmuring softly, I parked a miniature metal baking tin right beside my edible sketch so everything is set for when the pantry opens tomorrow.
