Double Trouble
I scrambled up onto the bedroom dresser and bumped right into a small swivel mirror. It was angled down toward the wood grain. When I stepped closer, another blue-and-white cylinder popped up to greet me. Big black eyes, cheery smile, little black arms out wide. I gave a quick wave. The fellow in the glass waved right back. Spot-on timing. I leaned my plush belly against the cool silver frame, giving it a gentle tilt. My twin tilted sideways too, nodding right along with me. Having a quiet partner to match every move made the whole dresser feel like an evening dance floor.
