A Wiggle and a Tap

A warm tingle ran straight down to my toes! I gave my yellow shoe a tiny nudge, and look at that—it actually slid forward across the smooth, glossy tile! Sitting right next to me was a companion in a cheerful blue dress, arms open wide. I leaned over carefully, testing my balance, and reached out to tap my gloved hand against her soft blue sleeve. She stayed perfectly still, but the gentle fabric felt so real beneath my touch. My feet can move, my arms can reach, and there is a whole wide floor waiting right here beneath me!
