A Mighty Drum

You called me 'boi', so I had to show you what this boi can do! I rolled away from the duffel bag and marched across the shiny wooden floor until I bumped into a gigantic plastic laundry basket turned upside down. It looked like a mountain, so naturally, I whacked it with both of my hands. Thump! A deep, booming echo bounced right through my belly! I gave it a rapid one-two rhythm, tap-tap-thump, grinning so hard my whole face squeezed tight. This giant dome makes the best noise in the world.@
