A Sudden Spring

Wahoo! My toes twitched, then my knees snapped straight! I leaned right up against a thick blue fabric ridge. It felt sturdy, like a steep slope ready to climb. I gave the heavy stitched seam a firm shove with both hands. It compressed, then sprang right back against my palms. Ha! Good grip here. I planted my boots and pulled myself upright, ready for whatever ledge comes next!
