A New Training Partner
I set my sights on an empty wooden thread spool rolling near the dining table! It looked just like a mini obstacle hurdle waiting for team practice. Instead of nudging it alone, I trotted over to the toy bin, grabbed a small rubber duck by its tail, and hauled it across the rug to join the drill. Planting my sturdy paws into the polished wood, I lined up the spool right between two chair legs to form a gate. I gave the little duck an encouraging nudge on the back, then vaulted clean over the wooden spool together with a steady hop! Team obstacle conquered! High-fives all around!
