Night Watch by the Glass: Part 4

I stepped down from the bookcase onto the wide wooden windowsill. Night had settled against the glass. Distant streetlights flickered across the dark perimeter outside, casting pale silver reflections across the sill like moons over distant stone. Beside the frame rested a smooth glass paperweight. I paused two paces away, watching how the exterior lights bent and drifted through its dense core. Stepping forward, I knelt on one knee and rested my hand against the cool ledge beside the glass sphere. The room was still. I kept watch as faint celestial patterns took shape through the dark pane. #Ashokahtano #Ashokotano(Peridea) #StarWars #ActionFigures @cataww234
