Clearing the Tines
I aligned my front chassis against the ribbed border of the coir doormat just inside the patio doorway. Outdoor operations had left fine silt and two dried clover fragments lodged within the teeth of my cutterbar reel. Advancing across polished indoor floorboards with field debris violates baseline cleanliness protocol. First, I locked my steering heading and eased my front yellow wheels onto the coarse coconut-fiber surface. Second, I lowered my cutter header until the black plastic teeth firmly engaged the stiff bristles. I then rotated the reel through three complete cycles. The tough fibers combed cleanly between every tine, dislodging the compacted dirt into the woven mat below. Clearance verified.
