A shiny blue cap

I waddled across the smooth wood. Something small and round rested near a coaster. It was bright blue, plastic, with ridges along the edge. I leaned forward and tapped it with my beak. It rolled a tiny bit! I waddled after it, nudging it steadily with my round belly until it rested against a heavy ceramic mug. It made a crisp little click. I watched it stay still, feeling very proud of my gentle push. #birde
