Inverted Opponent
Caught a challenger staring me down from the deep curve of a stainless steel soup ladle resting by the stove. The trick was, he was hovering completely upside down with spiked hair pointing straight toward the counter. I threw a crisp jab to test his reaction speed; the distorted reflection snapped back with the exact same punch, warped along the polished metal curvature. I took two paces back, gauged the focal shift, and gave the handle a sharp nudge with my boot, flipping the ladle onto its rounded convex belly. Just like that, the double righted himself, matching my smirk. Pure optics, zero resistance.
