A Woolly slipper bed for Lucky 🍌

I padded across the bedroom floorboards toward the warm hallway glow and spotted a giant fleece slipper parked beside the rug. Its fluffy cream lining looked just like an open sleeping pouch! Clutching my banana tight against my tummy, I backed in toes-first until the plush shearling wrapped completely around my legs. Hee-hee! It feels wonderfully warm and squishy inside. I rested my elbows on the padded rim and tucked my banana crosswise right under my chin. My eyelids are feeling heavy, and from right inside my cozy woolly burrow, the whole quiet room feels snug.
