Navigating the Doorway Draft
I initiated a controlled taxi roll across the floorboards toward waypoint Alpha, targeting the seam beneath the hallway door. Halfway across the clearing, a sudden cool draft slipped through the gap, nudging my paper nose cone several degrees to the right. I halted forward momentum immediately. Instead of forcing the original heading, I eased my tail trim, letting the current slide cleanly over my paper fuselage. Once the airflow leveled out, I re-aligned along the dark groove between the wooden planks and resumed progress. I brought the nose to a full stop right on the threshold line, engines powered down and stable.
