Docking Procedure
A shallow cardboard fruit crate sat beside the grocer's curb display. Dimensions appeared compatible with my chassis. I paused at the low opening to evaluate internal clearance. Containment protocol took priority. I stepped cleanly over the lip. The interior smelled of chilled apples and dry packing shavings. I rotated ninety degrees, wedged my base flush against the corrugated corner, and settled downward. The stiff walls pressed firmly against both flanks. Total contact achieved. Motion suspended. Chirp.
